Appointments
Saturday morning appointments are available on request.
Written plan - We will always provide you with a written treatment plan before any treatment is booked.
Manage Your Payments - Payment is due at the end of each appointment.
Initial Appointment - A deposit of £40 is taken when you book an initial appointment with the practice and is deducted from the cost of your first visit. Please note, this does not apply to offers where a Free 15 minute appointment is offered for Whitening or Straightening consultations.
Changes - If treatment costs do change we will advise you as soon as possible.
Payments - We accept all major credit / debit cards with the exception of business cards, Amex or Diners Club. Payments can also be made by cash / cheque.
Missed Appointments - We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or request pre-payment before treatment if several appointments have been missed.
