There is a non-refundable booking fee of £40 which will be deducted from the first appointment charge.
Upon payment of the booking fee, the receptionist will provide you with a Welcome Pack, which includes general information about the practice.
It also contains a medical history form which we request you complete and bring to your first appointment.
This will form part of your confidential dental records and is necessary to ensure we provide you with the most appropriate treatment.
Cotswold Smile at Market Place Dental Practice is able to provide a comprehensive array of dental treatments including routine check-ups and general fillings, veneers, crowns and bridges, root treatments, tooth whitening, dentures, periodontal (gum) treatment and oral surgery including extractions and implants.
Full mouth rehabilitation is available in cases of severe dental disease or where a patient wants to improve the appearance of their smile.
Yes, we have 3 hygienists, providing a range of services including oral hygiene advice, general cleaning and periodontal (gum) treatment.
In more severe cases of gum disease, we are able to offer adjunctive care with topical or systemic antibiotics.
